Property Description and Facilities

Flower Court has an excellent location in Stratford-upon-Avon in the conservation area of Old Town, within a five minute walk of the Royal Shakespeare theatres, River Avon, restaurants, galleries and shops. It is a black and white mews apartment in a walled courtyard with private car parking which has been developed from buildings belonging to the Flowers brewery. A secluded and friendly hideaway in the heart of Stratford.

It mixes period charm with modern facilities. This apartment has a low key relaxed mix of whitewashed walls, natural materials, soft furnishings and lighting which reflects the owners' enthusiasm for well designed surroundings with an underlying theme of restraint and refinement.

SITTING ROOM   With south facing window, two comfortable sofas, black ash Coffee tables, radio and colour television this room is restful and luxurious.

DINING    The dining area which is open plan with the sitting room has a circular black ash gate-legged table and upholstered dining chairs. It can seat up to four.


KITCHEN    The four star equipped kitchen has a built in fridge, freezer compartment, cuisinair oven, four ring hob and cooker hood and a microwave oven.

BEDROOM    A corridor from the sitting room leads to a pretty blue and white bedroom with a double bed, large mirror-doored fitted wardrobe and dressing table. (A sofa in the sitting room will convert to a double bed if two beds are required).

BATHROOM    White tiled with a bath, power shower, pedestal washbasin, WC, shaver point and heated towel rail.
