Location and Local Amenities

Situated on the Manhood Peninsular in Selsey. Close to Chichester and the South Downs. Short drive to Arundel with its famous Castle. Lovely walks on the South Downs and only 5 minutes from Pagham Harbour Nature reserve. Lovely unspoilt coastline.

Sea fishing, walking, golf and Riding are some of the things to do in the area. Near to Fishbourne Roman Palace. Pretty Bosham and National Trust properties such as Uppark.
