Situated in the small village of Totland Bay with small supermaket, newsagent and chemist. A few drive away is Freshwater with a variety of shops, supermarkets and Sports Centre with Swimming Pool.

The main town of Newport is approximately 30 minutes away with larger shops, supermarkets and cinema.

Numerous country walks are with easy reach with breathtaking views.

There are a number of public houses in the area all serving good food, one being on Totland beach overlooking the Solent.

A few minutes drive away is Alum Bay, famous for its coloured sands, chairlift, pleasure park and the Needles Rocks.

Fort Victoria Country Park offers offers a range of activities from guided walks, aquarium and museums.

Yarmouth is a picturesque town with the popular harbour and ferry terminal.

The popular surfing sandy beach at Compton Bay is a five minute drive away as is the 18hole Golf Course at Freshwater Bay.
