Swallows' Return is one wing of a C17th Grade II listed farmhouse, converted in 2004/5 to retain its historical features, scale and charm. The self-catering holiday accommodation, which sleeps six+ non-smokers, is full of quality craftsmanship: spacious rooms, old beams, wooden floors, antique furniture and a mysterious priest hole.
Furnished, decorated and equipped to the highest standards, you can relax
in style, surrounded by delightful countryside. The River Lugg runs close
by through the farm. There are refreshing river walks and private fishing
by arrangement. |

Travel Information: We are easy to find by car - from the Leominster A44/A49 roundabout, take the A44 towards Worcester. Take the first turning on your right (by the sign for West Eaton garden centre). Eaton Farm is the first property on the right hand side of the lane. Booking Information: Please telephone Audrey Pritchard to discuss prices. As this is our opening year (first guests May 2005) we are happy to negotiate on price in order to maximise bookings.
