Billy's Bothy is one of the most beautiful
self catering cottages within the Peak District and Derbyshire. A former
disused workers bothy it is located amidst a peaceful rural setting within
the grounds of our grade II listed farmhouse - just 2 miles from
the historic market town of Ashbourne. There are outstanding views of the
Henmoor valley and across to Bradley Woods, both cattle and sheep graze
peacefully on lush pastureland around the curtilage.
Billy's
Bothy is a
brick built cottage with beautiful arched windows.
A contemporary
design, it is spacious whilst keeping the character of beamed ceilings and
revealed brick walls.
There are 5 bedrooms
all en suite, with a wonderful galleried kitchen leading into the large
dining room and lounge with wood burning stove.
The
property is exquisitely
furnished with character beds and has oak floors with Turkish and Indian
rugs. Surrounded by fields grazed by cattle and sheep.
