A superb holiday cottage situated in the beautiful Ennerdale Valley, Cumbria. Bleach Green Cottage is one of a pair built in 1866, originally occupied by the manager and assistant of the Ennerdale bleach works (now demolished) where locally grown flax (linen) was bleached in the nearby river Ehen. Sleeping is provided in one double and two single beds plus the option of a double bed/settee in the lounge, bringing adult accommodation up to six. There is also a crib or cot available upon request. |
