Hotel Anacapri built in 1840 is literally within a stones throw from gyllyngvase beach, one of the finest and most popular beaches on the south coast of cornwall. A walk along the seafront leads to Castle beach, Pendennis Castle and Pendennis point at the mouth of the carrick roads (Fal Estury), one of the worlds deepest natural harbours.

Another sandy beach, Swanpool, is also within walking distance along a pictureque clifftop path and a number of Falmouth's renowned sub tropical gardens are also within easy reach. The bustling town centre, active harbourside and Martime Museum are approx. 10 minutes walk away.
