We are about 30 minutes from the Eden Project and Lanhydrock House and gardens.
Newquay has many lovely restaurants and nightclubs. We are along a quiet country lane, off the A3059, so are untroubled by traffic and noise, yet 5 minutes in the car from the nearest beach, pub, village shops etc.

Village shops, Fish and Chips, village Inn, Post Office are all nearby, 5minutes drive to St. Columb Minor village. Morrisons (formerly Safeways) a further 5 minutes drive. Golf is a couple of hundred metres walk from our farm, at Treloy Golf Course.
