• PLEASE NOTE: FREE ADVERTS are published at our discretion and may take several weeks in busy periods

• When completing the form, please make sure your description is typed properly - no abbreviations and use spaces between words. i.e. don't try to maximise on characters at the expense of readability - your advert WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED if you do not type your advert details correctly.

• YOU MUST SEND A PHOTO. You must send an exterior photo within 24 hours of submitting your advert, or we will delete your email and you will have to complete the form again.

• We do not tell you when your advert is listed as this is a free service, therefore no communication from us is possible.

• It is up to you to check your advert once it is listed. You can change your advert details by emailing us.

No commission is taken from bookings. Booking is direct with the owner.

Category Listings: You get listed in one category free with a £30 advert - additional categories £15 each - For instance, if you have a B&B in a town, you may want to be in both the TOWN & CITY ACCOMMODATION listing and HOTELS, B&Bs, GUESTHOUSE listing.

Pets Welcome Section: If you wish to have an additional listing in the Pets Welcome Area of our website the charge is £15 per year (for the period 1st Jan-31st December)
