A full Shropshire breakfast is served with local produce and free range eggs.
We are on the doorstep of the famous Wrekin hill, very popular with walkers and climbers alike.

Location and Local Amenities

Wellington is situated in the beautiful county of Shropshire. It is one of the many market towns in the county and within easy reach of the famous Ironbridge Gorge. The world's first iron bridge spanning the river severn. Birth of the industrial revolution, Ironbridge is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Ironbridge Gorge museums are nine award winning museums and sites that tell this momentous story.
Other interesting places to visit are The Severn Valley Railway, Britain's premier steam railway,16miles of glorious countryside and restored stations.

Wellington is a small market town nestling at the foot of the Wrekin hill. For climbers and walkers it provides a great day out and a wonderful view from the summit. For golfers there is a wonderful course close by. The local swimming pool is within walking distance and the lovely old historical town of Shrewsbury is close by. Shrewsbury almost surrounded by the river Severn and birthplace of Charles Darwin, is a medieval delight of black and white buildings.
