This delightful conversion nestles snugly in the heart of the Cotswolds Hills, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is the only holiday cottage in the village.

Flowers Barn has been sympathetically converted with particular attention being made to the spacious, high quality interior.

A wonderful view from the upstairs lounge/dining window awaits you to watch the cows and calves in the meadow or to appreciate the unspoilt countryside offered buzzards to badgers to admire.

Downstairs to the left of the flag-stoned hall you have the main double bedroom, Princes stable featuring the original elm stable partition.  Next you have the bathroom with corner bath, toilet, sink and separate shower unit.

To the right of the stairway you have two twin bedded rooms - all the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are all beautifully co-ordinated.  The whole of the ground floor has all the original fittings retained including mangers and collar hanger.

Flowers Barn spacious kitchen is situated upstairs next to the living accommodation.  It if fully fitted with everything you should require.

Location and Local Amenities

Our nearest town is Cirencester which is the capital of the Cotswolds and Britain's second largest city in Roman times.  Cirencester is now a thriving market town with a wealth of interesting streets, inns and offers fine shopping.  Its parish church is amongst the finest of all wool churches in the Cotswolds. 

Just down the road from our farmhouse is a lovely time Saxon church which is well worth visiting and is only a short walk away.

 

We are within easy reach of Bath, Oxford, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Gloucester. 

Local attractions also include Chedworth Roman Villa, Cotswold Water Park, Westonbirt Arbiritum, Tetbury, Burford and Bourton on the Water.
